Overview: We collaborated with the HCMC Cardiovascular Association and Heart Institution of HCMC to livestream and broadcast the 17th Cardiovascular Conference for Southern provinces (2022) on 27-28 Nov 2021. Given COVID-19 restrictions on large in-person gatherings, allowing participants to attend virtually was critical for the conference hosts and we provided a complete digital services solution including awareness-building, registration-handling, video-conferencing, live-streaming and attendance analytics.

Our Scope of Work: Medisetter handled the complete digital broadcast for this 2 day event with ~9k viewers watching the livestream on the Medisetter Youtube channel in addition to over 1,500 attendees participating in the event virtually.

Outcome: We are proud to have smoothly orchestrated this complex event featuring multiple sessions being conducted concurrently across two channels, featuring several high-profile speakers over two days.
